MOVIE REVIEW: Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron

Amazing. My review is done. I may go now. No… seriously. This movie was amazing. I had high hopes for Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron simply because the first Avengers movie was great. Marvel Entertainment did not let us down. Joss Whedon did an incredible job and everyone working on this project… my hat is tipped to you.

One of my all time favorite aspects of the Avenger movies is the comedy. Now you would think I would love the action, which I do, but it is all the more great because of the little ways comedy is twisted in. I laugh just as much as I cheer on the big fights. Ironman, Tony Stark, is one of the top funny characters in the Avengers movies, but each character gave him a run for his money this time around. The action scenes were bigger, the jokes were funnier, and the sad or hard parts were that much more emotional. The writers, directors, producers, and actors took that bar that was set so high before by the first movie and did a high jump right over. Cleared it. No problem.

We got introduced to some great new characters, including the twins talked about in the recent Captain America: The Winter Soldier film. The Scarlet Witch is probably one of my new favorites! High five to bada** women superheroes! I don’t want to give too much away for those who haven’t seen it, but some great new characters are brought in! If you have not checked out Avengers in theaters yet I have no idea why you are sitting here reading this. GO! And if you don’t even know what I’m talking about… (who are you!?) check out the trailer and then go!

A fantastic movie that all ages can love and enjoy! Seriously… who doesn’t like Hulk’s T-Rex like roar!? Enjoy!
