The cookbook covers everything from appetizers and dips to full on entrees and delicious desserts. One of my favorites was the Cheesy Meat Lasagna Rolls. A typical lasagna is packed full of calories and fat. With Joy’s Lasagna Rolls you get portion control and deliciosness in cute little rolls of cheese, meat, and pasta. Also she has her marshmallow popcorn treats that are to die for. The sweet and salty snack is the perfect treat for watching a movie after dinner or grabbing a quick snack while you run out the door.
