Rule 4: No Scandals

Aiden Doyle plans to break them all. Even if it means losing his acting job on a popular T.V drama. Problem is, he’s assigned a 24/7 babysitter determined to make him stick to them. But rules are meant to be broken, and she’s just the sexy distraction he needs to help him.

Assistant Mya Saunders wants to live a drama free life. She can’t risk any scandal that could jeopardise losing her son. So far, life has been fairly stress free. Until she’s forced to spend every minute with Aiden whose life is spiralling out of control. The chaos that surrounds him is threatening to take her down with him.

But spending every moment together has them breaking a few rules of their own. Will Aiden and Mya’s attraction be the end of everything they’ve worked so hard for? Or are they willing to let love rewrite the rules at any cost?

REVIEW:

**A copy of this book was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.**

A few weeks ago I received an email from an author asking me if I would read another one of her books that she has coming out.  First, I was honored that the author remembered me enough to read out to read her book.  Second, I was giddy like a little school girl as I absolutely LOVE her books, I have read all of the books she has written.  I couldn’t wait to start her newest one.

Mya works as a personal assistant in a production company.  She enjoys her job until her boss gives her the hardest job of all.  Keep Aiden Doyle out of the press, away from women, and away from alcohol. After the first day she knows that this will be tough, but what she doesn’t count on is developing feelings for this party boy womanizer.  Honestly, people, I stayed up until 130 one night and 1230 the next night binge-reading this book.  I loved everything about it.  The only thing I hated was it actually ending.  I had fallen in love with all the characters and the story itself.  I wanted more and craved more.  I kept thinking about the book all day. I loved the character of Mya, she took no prisoners with Aiden and didn’t let him get away with anything.  I felt so sorry for her with how careful she had to tread around her son’s grandparents.  She felt that she truly was in the wrong for their son’s death, even though it was something that Mya couldn’t have controlled.

Although with this story I think that it was Aiden that had the most baggage to unpack so to speak.  He thought that he had everything in his life and that it all came crashing down, then his wife and small daughter died.  It was heartbreaking to see him struggle.  Mya was on him hard to straighten out and to watch that transformation was amazing to see.  She truly whipped him into shape.  I loved the fact that Aiden is the brother to the guy in the first book of this new series.  We got to see a peek into how Ethan from the first book is doing.  I hope when we get another book we will see another peek into Aiden’s life.  I have my fingers crossed that the book is about Chloe Aiden and Ethan’s sister.  I fell in love with her in this book and would like to see her have a happy ever after.  I can’t wait to read her next book!!  I recommend anything by her if you need a steamy romance.
