REVIEW:

When my book club read this book I was like eehhhh ok whatever.  However, I loved the book.  I knew that I wanted to read the whole series.  I even passed them to my sister as a gift,   My sister is Russian and I was interested to get her take on the series.  She is a fan by the way.  I have loved the whole series up to this book.  I was interested in seeing where this book went.  I couldn’t wait to finish the series.

Vasya is struggling with what happened.  Setting Moscow on fire.  She believes the fate of Russia rests in her hands.  This book was amazing.  I found myself o the edge of my seat multiple times and chewing my nails half the time.   I was so happy with how the whole series turned out. I loved all the twists and turns that the author provided us.  I honestly think that she could really add another book to the series and tell us what happened between Vasya and the frost-demon.  I need to know what happened after they left the battle.  The way Vasya was so passionate about her country stirred something within me.  I only hope one day to be as passionate as she was.

I loved the way the frost king and Vasya had a relationship.  She is so brave.  I cheered for her the entire book.  I wanted her to win.  I hoped that she would. I knew from the last book that nothing would come easy to her.  I loved how the author shows the love between the two main characters, Vasya and the frost-king.  The author knows how to drag things out and keep you on the edge of your seat.  I can only hope to be able to write that way.  I am so happy with how the series ended.  It for the most part wraps up the series in a nice little bow.  I don’t know what else to say about this book.  It is so good and left me speechless.  I would certainly read more by this author and I hope that we get more of Vasya in the future.
